Workshop: Rage with the Machine
Using synthesizers and effects pedals, get an introduction to electronic music!
MAIF Social Club (Paris 3rd)
About
Born from the economic and social crises of the 1970s, punk and post-punk movements advocated nonconformity, anti-consumerism, and direct action: the music is urgent, the lyrics chanted, and the message at the forefront. While crises have persisted and the movements have lingered, they gave birth to cult bands and an aesthetic that has never faded, from Sex Pistols to Joy Division, from New Order to The Cure.
Learn how machines work to better master them and use them in the service of music. An introduction to electronic music, sometimes using synthesizers dating back to the 1980s.
The workshop is also available for children and teenagers.
