About
The Théâtre Silvia Monfort presents Frasques, a poetic and cosmic circus performance created by the Galactik collective. Five performers navigate a chaotic mechanical world featuring shifting tables and unstable floors, pushing the boundaries between reality and perception. This inventive show highlights the resilience of human characters as they struggle against their environment with both humor and physical prowess. Suitable for audiences aged 7 and up, the production runs from October 9 to October 17, 2026. Tickets range from 5€ to 28€, offering a unique opportunity to witness this high-flying display of circus artistry.
Five performers find themselves grappling with inventive, fast-paced machinery from which they seek to escape. Moving tables, wobbling floors, worlds turned upside down: all these devices tilt reality and settle everyone into an uncertain universe.
By playing with the notions of (dis)equilibrium and instability, the show explores the friction between reality and perception, this subjective way of observing what happens. In these apparently hopeless contexts, an astonishing power to act emerges. These everyday heroes, as clumsy as they may be, display an irresistible capacity to set themselves in motion.
In this ode to freedom, the Galactik team delivers, with humor and tenderness, a high-flying circus filled with characters full of humanity.
“This daily fresco turns our heads upside down. The five performers create a joyful chaos on stage, with visually impressive moments.” Magcentre
