About
Fanfare at Cirque Électrique is a vibrant circus experience designed for audiences from age 3 and up. This show reimagines traditional circus arts through a series of high-energy performances, including trapeze, acrobatics, wire walking, and juggling. Departing from conventional storytelling, the production embraces a whimsical, music-hall inspired atmosphere filled with live music and comedic flair. Performances take place every Saturday and Sunday from 15:00 to 16:30, between November 14 and December 27, 2026. It is the perfect opportunity for families to enjoy a unique, non-linear show in an intimate, circular stage setting.
"FANFARE (electrical experience)" revisits the fundamentals of the circus: 360° ring, circus and music-hall acts following one another, from trapeze to acrobatics, from balance to buffoonery, from banquine (tumbling) to juggling ideas, like a fake musical, with tap dancing and rhythmic dances!...
Cartoons and cartoon music, perched orchestra, clowns and bragging, popcorn and party favors, no common thread, there is not one narration but many narrations, crests and daisies, cream pie, and (above all) an assumed naivety.
Finally, kids, take your parents out!

Our take on this event
Fanfare transforms the Cirque Électrique into a 360-degree arena where circus foundations are playfully subverted. Directed by Hervé Vallée, the show weaves together diverse acts including contortion, balance, aerial acrobatics, and juggling. Rather than following a single plot, the performers create multiple narratives inspired by cartoons and slapstick comedy, enhanced by live music and rhythmic dance sequences. The artistic ensemble, featuring Etienne Chauzy, Sanja Kosonen, Christian Padilla, Abby Richert, Nina Van der Pyl, and musicians Hervé Vallée and Jb Véry, delivers an experience defined by its bold, unpretentious energy.
Shows are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00 to 16:30, running from November 14 to December 27, 2026, with additional sessions reserved for schools. Ticket pricing is set at 20 € for full price, 15 € for reduced rate, and 10 € for children under 12. This production encourages a playful dynamic, urging children to bring their parents along to witness this eclectic showcase of skill and imagination.
