About

UP’Sport association hosts outdoor fitness sessions tailored for seniors in Paris’s 13th arrondissement. These weekly meetings combine Nordic walking with muscle strengthening exercises to improve endurance, balance, and coordination. Designed for adults aged 18 and over, these sessions prioritize physical health and group interaction in an accessible open-air setting. Participation is entirely free, and there is no need to book in advance; simply arrive at the designated meeting point on rue Brillat-Savarin, subject to capacity limits. It is a welcoming opportunity to engage in regular physical activity while enjoying the fresh air.

The association UP’Sport organizes sessions adapted for seniors, combining several complementary activities. Walking and muscle strengthening help improve endurance and muscle tone.
