Loom Loom hates those grumpy humans who force his kind to hide underground. But like all subway elves, he must secretly watch over a human assigned to him: Louise.

A security officer for the RATP, curious and enthusiastic, she spots Loom Loom, who leads her against his will into the world of the elves. Forced to protect her from those who want to remain isolated, Loom Loom discovers that elves and humans are not so different.
