About

Bad fats and industrial sugars are absolutely everywhere in ultra-processed "food". Furthermore, ingredients often come from very far away and are of poor quality, thus supporting production methods that are harmful to the planet.

To have great energy and do good for your body and the planet, chef Lila Djeddi invites you to explore the benefits of a snack that respects all living things; it will be beautiful, harmonious, and delicious!

A 4-hands workshop to share between you and the child you are accompanying. Everyone attending the workshop must book a spot (children and accompanying adults).

You will work together to create a snack that is both balanced and environmentally conscious.
