Taste tours of the exhibition 'Sowing our resistances'
Discover the culinary interpretation of several works to first think about them, then eat them...
MAIF Social Club (Paris 3rd)
About
The Sowing our resistances exhibition marks the return of taste tours! Tours during which you will be invited to discover the works, but also to eat them, or rather to taste the culinary reinterpretation that has been made of them. Tours led by two voices: an artistic voice brought by one of our mediators, and a culinary voice brought by Ninon Gouronnec, a cook committed to the democratization of cheerful eating and ecology for food that is fair for everyone.
Information: These tours have a limited capacity and require booking. A fee of €7 applies to avoid food waste in case of cancellation. The culinary interpretations offered by Ninon are the same for each session. Please only book one slot to leave room for new people. The bites served during the taste tours are vegetarian and cooked from organic, seasonal products. Some may occasionally contain nuts, lactose, or gluten. Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can let someone else from your circle enjoy them by emailing them 😊
Other taste tours are available for deaf and LSF signing people and their loved ones.
Our take on this event
Forget staring at art in silence and come taste it instead. A local guide and a dedicated chef transform the exhibition into an edible experience, offering a unique dialogue between thought-provoking installations and sustainable seasonal bites.
Experience a unique blend of art and gastronomy at the MAIF Social Club with the Semons nos résistances exhibition tours. Running from December 17, 2026, to June 10, 2027, these guided tours offer a dual perspective on the artworks through the eyes of a mediator and chef Ninon Gouronnec. Participants enjoy vegetarian, organic, and seasonal culinary creations that artistically interpret the exhibition themes. This event is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. Due to limited capacity, advance booking is mandatory for all guests. Tickets are priced at 7:00 to prevent food waste and ensure attendance for these exclusive sessions.
Located in Paris's 3rd arrondissement, the MAIF Social Club presents a sensory journey through the Semons nos résistances exhibition. These guided tours move beyond visual appreciation by integrating a culinary dimension. Chef Ninon Gouronnec, known for her commitment to sustainable and accessible food, collaborates with a gallery mediator to provide an experience where art is consumed through seasonal, organic, and vegetarian tastings.
The sessions are available from December 17, 2026, until June 10, 2027, and are reserved for visitors aged 18 and up. Because these events are held in small groups to maintain quality, booking a spot in advance is essential. A 7:00 fee is applied to each ticket to discourage cancellations and minimize food waste; please note that tickets are non-refundable. To ensure as many people as possible can participate, organizers request that you only book a single slot.
While the culinary interpretations remain consistent across sessions, please be aware that certain bites may contain dairy, gluten, or nuts. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend. Special tours are also available for Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals who use French Sign Language (LSF) to ensure the experience is inclusive for everyone.
