The Tuileries Funfair invites you all summer long to experience thrills and excitement. On the program: bumper cars, ghost trains, rifle shooting, hall of mirrors, 1900s carousel horses, etc. Some games of skill are also offered such as the tin can alley or duck fishing, a classic for the youngest ones.
Children can enjoy the joys of the trampoline, try their hand at climbing, and slide down the giant slide. With family or friends, relax and stroll while tasting some treats (cotton candy, fritters, Italian ice cream, crepes, donuts, candy apples, hot sandwiches, etc.).
Admission to the funfair is free, but the attractions are paid. For everyone's comfort, the funfair is without a sound system.

The swimming area was expanded in 2026 with the removal of the paddling pool. To access the site, it is essential to know how to swim and be at least 1.20 m tall. Any minor under the age of 14 must also be accompanied by an adult. The Grenelle site (15th arrondissement), now the size of an Olympic pool, can accommodate a maximum of 200 people, including 150 in the swimming area.

Access to the swimming site is free. Exit from the water is 30 minutes before the site closes. To find out if the swimming area is open or closed, check our map.
Wearing a buoy is mandatory; it is provided on loan and must be returned in good condition. Entry into the water is supervised by rescue and monitoring personnel to ensure these two conditions are met. There are at least four lifeguards. Changing rooms are available, as well as secure lockers, showers – which are mandatory before entering the water – access to toilets, a first aid station, and spaces to sit and enjoy the sun.
The Grenelle arm site is open every day, provided that safety conditions are met: moderate current, water quality analyzed daily by the City, and favorable weather. In the event of exceptional closure of the sites, visitors are informed by going directly to the site or on the dedicated page on the City of Paris website.

Swimming in the Seine: all the questions you might have
What you need to know
Access to the swimming area is free. You must exit the water 30 minutes before the site closes.

The swimming site is located opposite the National Library of France (13th arrondissement), on both sides of the Simone-de-Beauvoir footbridge, just below the Parc de Bercy (12th arrondissement). There are two swimming areas there – 35m x 12.5m and 67m x 11m – delimited by side protection. A large space is set up on the quay inside containers, with a beach (solarium) to relax after your swim.
To access the site, it is essential that you know how to swim and are at least 1.20m tall. Any minor under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. No more than three minors under 14 per adult. Bercy is the largest swimming site in the Seine and can accommodate 600 people. Wearing a buoy is mandatory; these are provided on loan and must be returned in good condition. Entry into the water is supervised by rescue and monitoring staff to verify these two conditions. There will be at least five lifeguards.
Changing rooms are available, as well as secure lockers, showers – mandatory before going for a swim –, access to toilets, a first-aid station, and spaces to sit and enjoy the sun.
The Bercy site is open every day, provided that safety conditions are met: moderate current, water quality analyzed daily by the City, and mild weather. In case of exceptional closure of the sites, visitors are informed by going directly to the site or by visiting the dedicated page on the City of Paris website.
Only the solarium is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).

The La Villette basin swimming area is open to everyone, every day, free of charge and securely: lifeguards supervise bathers, both young and old. The quality of the swimming water is constantly monitored, every day.
The swimming area is limited to 500 people per day to ensure optimal water quality.
This public natural swimming area is organized on a floating structure 16 meters wide by 100 meters long and is divided into three distinct areas: two paddling pools (recreational pools) for children (under the supervision of an accompanying adult) with a maximum depth of 40 cm; a small pool with a maximum depth of 1.20 m; a large pool reserved for experienced swimmers with a depth of 2 meters.

At the crossroads of science, photography, and poetry, the exhibition explores the human capacity to intervene in atmospheric phenomena. At the heart of this research, artificial cloud seeding—the injection of silver iodide particles to induce rain—becomes the starting point for a reflection on our desire to master the living world.
Drawing from meteorological archives, experimental photographic processes, and sensitive materials such as agar-agar-based bioplastic, the works blur the boundaries between scientific document and fiction. The images are altered and transformed until they lose their status as evidence, becoming objects where truth wavers.
The exhibition also examines the history of climate modification technologies, from 19th-century hail cannons to contemporary experiments, highlighting their ecological, political, and ethical implications.
Among the works presented, a garment made from the pattern of a 1960s trench coat, composed of vintage press articles and recent publications, evokes the human consequences of artificial rain modification experiments. Between protection, laboratory, and memory, it gathers the traces of a history that remains largely unknown.
Cloud Control questions our desire to control natural phenomena and invites us to rethink the relationships between science, power, environment, and image.

Every day, the crew offers artistic and cultural activities.
Mosaic, board games, sewing, postcards, free painting, water games, karaoke, music, reading area, early childhood area… For parents, parenting sessions will be offered.
The Children's Café remains open at 92 bis quai de la Loire all summer, where you can also enjoy several workshops and free spaces. There will also be exchanges with the garden and the terrace of Cafézoïde.
A themed Japanese day will be offered on August 15.
Several partner associations will be involved at Paris Plages with us! The program will be announced on our website and in our space throughout the summer.
The activities will take place between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM at Paris Plages (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at Cafézoïde (Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday).
For children aged 0 to 8, the presence of an accompanying adult is mandatory. From age 8, children can come autonomously, without a reservation.

In this space of listening and respect, drawing, modeling, and collective works stimulate autonomy, mutual aid, and self-confidence. A true source of pride and inclusion through art.
- From July 8 to July 26 (Place de la Bataille-de-Stalingrad, Paris 19e): Discover inclusive plant dyeing where the ancestral art of Indigo and Shibori opens to everyone. In a welcoming and adapted setting, people with disabilities and enthusiasts create unique patterns on fabric or repurpose their clothing through upcycling. A sensory and eco-friendly experience that combines craftsmanship, self-confidence, and sharing.
- From July 29 to August 9 (Place de la Bataille-de-Stalingrad, Paris 19e): This innovative workshop uses generative artificial intelligence as a unique tool of expression for people with disabilities. With adapted equipment, participants create works blending images, texts, and sounds, thus developing their autonomy and self-confidence. A pioneering project connecting art, innovation, and digital inclusion to make each difference a creative asset.
- From August 12 to August 23 (Place de la Bataille-de-Stalingrad, Paris 19e): This fun and inclusive workshop invites you to discover String Art, an accessible technique for creating unique works with colored threads and nails. By manipulating wood, hammers, and wool, participants develop their fine motor skills, concentration, and imagination in a supportive atmosphere. A rewarding sharing experience where each creation becomes a true source of personal pride.
- From August 26 to August 30 (At 26 rue de l'Ourcq or Place de la Bataille-de-Stalingrad, Paris 19e): This lively and structured workshop puts 3D innovation at the service of the creativity of people with disabilities. Around three themes—3D pen, digital sculpture, and digitization of textiles for reuse—participants unleash their imagination and take initiative. A technological and inclusive space where everyone shapes their own projects and leaves with their creations.
