About

In 1454, during a banquet for the Duke of Burgundy, a giant meat pie was opened and twenty-eight musicians emerged to perform. Five centuries later, the Et voilà! association reverses the recipe: it is the music that serves you the meal.

On the menu, opera arias, melodies, and songs about the pleasures of the table, with some detours via a Bayonne ham, a four-voice omelet, and a lyrical camembert. We drink, we sing, we eat with our eyes.

Between the pieces, DOm Paulin tells the stories of the works and their composers. No musical knowledge is necessary to enjoy it. The concert lasts one hour.

Featuring Alice Marzuola (soprano), Franz Lavrut (baritone), and DOm Paulin (piano and narrative).
