Being in one's element to serve customers is no piece of cake. Béchamel is the long-time waiter at the Sun Beach, frazzled from serving coffees, tipped over from serving creams, under pressure from serving beers. He sometimes makes philosophical remarks to his customers.
His signature cocktail: the Schizo > ¼ discipline, ¼ love, ¼ madness and a quarter-portion of trouble!
