The Dance Day series arrives at MPAA/Breguet in the 11th arrondissement for a season of movement and creative exploration. Running from October 3, 2026, to May 15, 2027, the program invites dancers to discover diverse styles alongside professional choreographers and musicians. The curriculum focuses on musicality, artistic expression, and collaborative work between dancers and instrumentalists. Participation is fee-based, with single sessions priced at 10 € and a 10-session pass available for 80 €. Please note that specific dates featuring amateur group showcases offer complimentary initiation workshops, provided you register in advance.

Dance enthusiasts, the Dance Day training allows you to explore different styles with invited professional choreographers, meet other dancers, and give free rein to your creativity.

Dance Day continues to reinvent itself and this season offers a choreographic journey focused on music!

Explore our identities through sessions paired with choreographers and musicians, and introductory times offered by traditional dance groups and committed partners for unique moments of expression.

Our take on this event

MPAA/Breguet hosts a choreographic journey that connects movement with music. Throughout the season, participants engage with a wide array of dance styles under the guidance of guest choreographers such as Valentina Dragotta, Lucie Vaugeois, and Samar Haddad King. These sessions are designed to facilitate creative discovery, often pairing dancers with musicians to explore new artistic identities.

The schedule spans from October 2026 through May 2027. Highlights include special "carte blanche" events on December 12, 2026, and May 15, 2027. On these dates, amateur dance groups take the lead, offering free initiation workshops that require prior registration. These sessions serve as a focal point for the amateur arts community within the city.

All regular sessions are held at 17-19 rue Bréguet. The cost for a single session is 10 €, while a 10-session card can be purchased for 80 €. This venue, dedicated to supporting amateur performance arts, provides the ideal setting for dancers of varying backgrounds to hone their craft.
