About

The Bibliothèque Claire Bretécher hosts a science workshop focused on pollen and allergies on Wednesday, October 14, 2026. Designed for children aged 8 and up, this session allows participants to examine airborne pollen under a microscope while learning to identify allergenic plants. Led by a specialist, the workshop covers practical habits to help reduce allergy symptoms. This free educational initiative, organized by the city's health and environmental prevention department, is held in a wheelchair-accessible facility, making it a great opportunity for young students to better understand the environment around them.

Accompanied by a pollinist, children discover pollen in the air through a microscope, learn to recognize allergenic plants, and discover the right habits to reduce the impact of allergies.
