Centre de PMI La Chapelle (ex Ordener) (Paris 18th)
About
The PMI La Chapelle centre hosts workshops focused on environmental health for infants, designed for expecting parents or those who have recently welcomed a baby. This free program explores how everyday choices regarding toys, hygiene products, and nutrition impact a child's health during their first 1000 days. Practical sessions are held on Friday, November 27, 2026, and Friday, December 11, 2026, from 14:00 to 16:00. These collective meetings offer expert guidance from early childhood specialists to help you create a healthy home environment. Advance registration is required to attend these sessions at the center located in the 18th arrondissement.
Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop," a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from the first months of your child's life.
The first 1000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products… — and give you the keys to act simply, without upsetting your daily routine or your budget.
Led by environmental health and early childhood specialists, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns.
At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes… Everything to get started with peace of mind!
