Located in the 20th arrondissement, the Caillebotte PMI center hosts the free workshop « Mon premier atelier santé environnement » for expectant parents and those with newborns. This session focuses on the critical 1000-day period of a child's life, offering practical guidance on environmental health factors such as hygiene products, toys, and diet. The workshop is designed to help families create a healthy home environment without unnecessary stress. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and registration is mandatory for sessions scheduled on November 2nd and December 7th, 2026.
Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop," a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from the very first months of your child's life. The first 1000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products... and give you the keys to take simple actions without upsetting your daily life or your budget. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, fact sheets, simple recipes... Everything you need to start with peace of mind!
