Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop," a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and in the first months of your child's life. Your child's first 1000 days, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, nutrition, toys, household products... — and give you the keys to act simply, without upsetting your daily life or your budget. Led by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes... Everything you need to get off to a serene start!
