In the exhibition, participants discover how artists staged themselves for posterity. In turn, during the workshop, children weave a colorful costume using paper strips, just like those of Sonia Delaunay or the Futurists.

Our take on this event

Located in the 15th arrondissement, the Musée Bourdelle offers an interactive experience that builds on the themes of the « L’étoffe de l’artiste » exhibition. Children aged 6 and older are invited to participate in a 1h20 workshop where they will weave paper strips to build custom outfits. Drawing inspiration from the colorful designs of Sonia Delaunay and the Futurist movement, participants will learn basic weaving techniques to construct their own wearable art.

Sessions are scheduled between October 24 and December 12, 2026, with start times at 15:30 or 16:30 depending on the date.
