FGO-Barbara (Paris 18th)
About
On Wednesday, November 18, 2026, the FGO-Barbara venue in the 18th arrondissement hosts the Ici Demain festival. This evening showcases a diverse lineup of emerging artists, ranging from French pop and neo-soul to afro-electronic and experimental sounds. For music enthusiasts seeking fresh talent and unique artistic perspectives, this event offers an immersive dive into current independent music scenes in Paris. Please note that this event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and over, and requires a paid ticket for entry.
BLAISE & NICO
On the packaging, Blaise & Nico is music that takes us between French chanson, electronic rock, and experimental pop. On the back of the package, you can read the list of ingredients: 30% home studio DIY (no additives), 20% dancing and detailed composition, 25% lyrics with singular subjects flavored with the absurd, frank and naive, 10% bitterness, 15% twisted and surprising sounds. Curious songs.
IRI DI
IRI DI is a self-taught Franco-Ethiopian musician. In her work, Iri navigates between Afro rhythms, polyphonic chants, pentatonic and tonal harmonies, exploring the link between the intimate and the universal, the organic and the digital. Her music bears witness to the complex bond between the multiple origins that nourish her: from the traditional songs of her homeland to the great musical sounds of West and North Africa, to the bold digital approach of Generation Z icons.
LOUISON
Louison is part of a new French pop scene, nourished by chanson as much as by rap. From Barbara to Christophe, passing through Jul, Niro, or the power of Aretha Franklin, her influences intersect in music carried by direct writing, free and authentic phrasing, and a voice with a singular timbre, immediately recognizable. Her tracks play on a contrast that makes her unique: pop, catchy, and addictive productions that make you want to sing and dance, contrasted with more melancholic, direct, and filter-free lyrics that tell stories of love, struggles, and everyday contradictions. With Louison, pop doesn't erase reality: it simply makes it catchier. 2026 marks her first stages and the emergence of her project: POPUP!, Hasard Ludique, first Pete the Monkey festival, Fête de la Musique alongside Ange and Danyl, but also opening acts for Zed Yun Pavarotti, Stanislas, Billie or TeddyBear. In a few months, Louison has already accumulated more than 200k streams on platforms, driven notably by the single J'préfère être seule.
MËA
mëa is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter who started making her own productions in her bedroom a year ago. Self-taught on piano and guitar, she adds electronic textures and singular lyrics to the organic sound.
NSANGU
Originally from Liège, this talented artist chose to settle in Brussels, where she dedicates her time to music and theater. Coming from a Congolese family, it was her uncle who introduced her to neo-soul by having her discover icons such as Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, and Sade. She later expanded her musical horizons by falling in love with Charles Aznavour's songs, thus discovering the richness of French chanson. By combining her passion for music and theater, Nsangu has developed a style she describes as "Expressive," imbued with contagious vitality. Her voice, both powerful and delicate, seeks to touch the senses in a deep and intense way. Nsangu doesn't just sing; she truly embodies the characters in her performances, delivering concerts where the emotion of her voice mingles with the strength of her interpretation, captivating the audience at every performance. Prepare to be transported by Nsangu into a unique musical universe where soul harmoniously fuses with the nostalgia of yesteryear's French songs. This original blend, full of sweetness and depth, offers a musical experience not to be missed. For nine months, she has been working in the studio with producer OEL in Brussels to refine her artistic universe, which is reaching maturity. Her stage presence has also allowed her to refine her art and learn through sharing with the public. In 2024, she will have 17 concert dates in Belgium to her credit. The year 2025 promises to be the year when her numerous musical releases will follow one another, making Nsangu unavoidable and impossible to ignore, but also the year she will be starring in the play Liefde/amour at the KVS in a lead role. The first single "Connard" will be available everywhere by the end of January.
NAGÄ
Nagä is the 4 letters of a family name mixed together. Born in Rouen, passed through Annecy, now settled in Paris, he moves forward with what he has - movement, despite the doubts and the blows. A certain modesty is required when he talks about himself. That of someone who prefers to stay as close to his truth as possible. No artistic transmission strictly speaking. His first musical memories: Henri Salvador and Manu Chao, whom his mother listened to at home. He builds his pantheon alone. Creation took hold very early - stories, little videos posted on YouTube. He first imagined himself as a DJ at 13, dove into electro, then discovered rap at 17, notably with Damso. He dropped out of school in the 10th grade, worked odd jobs - temp work, construction, pizza delivery. On his scooter, for hours, he listens, dissects, explores. Always in his own bubble. He fills notebooks with river-like lyrics, learns by observing, by repeating. At 18, he decided to really go for it. Without a safety net. In 2023, he won several competitions and performed at the High Five Festival alongside Disiz and Bekar. In 2024, he moved to Paris alone and opened for Dinos. For more than a year, he sang in the street at Beaubourg - only his own tracks, alone with a speaker and a microphone. The street gives him something raw, real, wild. That's where he met the beatmaker TRKA, with whom his first EP À l'Encre bleue was born. The project addresses deconstruction, the relationship with oneself, mental health, and a form of urgency. Overcoming "the disaster of our fake lives," leaving a protective skin from which one must know how to detach. The tracks Dans le noir, Tous les soirs, Sous la pluie, La Lettre du mercredi soir and Personnel go through states and emotions tinged with melancholy, without ever locking himself into them. A live video widely shared on social media made the project circulate: in a few months, more than 600,000 streams, compared to 67 monthly listeners three months prior. Following that, he won a competition that allowed him to open for Orelsan at the Zénith de Caen in front of 7,000 people.
STANISLAS
Stanislas is a 20-year-old singer-songwriter from Colombes. He started at 14 under the pseudonym "Stan le Fantôme," experimenting in every direction, and managed to make a living from his music and small sound engineering jobs. For the release of his first EP 'Topless' in early 2025, he adopted the pseudonym "Stanislas," symbol of a new, more personal and direct chapter. At the confluence of the new indie rap scene and alternative pop, his track 'Tu deviens quoi en ce moment' with Poissonchat and Lushe began to resonate in the summer of 2025, before the track 'No Tube' in January marked his first entry into the Spotify top. After growing up on Orelsan, Mac Miller, or Columbine, Stanislas continues to produce his own tracks, while surrounding himself with Sam Tiba, Venty, and his director friends for the finalization of the songs. After a sold-out Boule Noire, he is currently preparing his first tour in France, which will take him to the Alhambra in Paris in November, to accompany a mixtape to be released this autumn.
YIRJI
Yirji blends chanson, rap, and electro in an alternative pop that makes heads move and reminds you of your ex. After his first EP "JSPLUS" released in November 2025, he returns with "JE JE JE" to take us on his tricolor musical fever and make us dance in the heatwave.
