Trade your constant stream of notifications for a profound sense of clarity during this immersive unplugged weekend experience. It is the perfect chance to clear your mind, escape the digital noise, and share some genuine creative moments with others by contributing to a community art project. Your brain will definitely thank you for the quiet time.
About
Designed for anyone aged 12 and up, this digital detox invites you to switch off all screens for 24 or 48 hours to reclaim your time and mental clarity. Running every weekend from October 9, 2026, through January 31, 2027, this experience helps you break free from the constant stream of notifications. Upon registration, you will receive a specialized kit and take part in a collective art project. Participants must sign up at least two days in advance, by 20:00 on the Wednesday before their chosen weekend, to ensure they are fully prepared to disconnect starting Friday at 20:00.
What if you decided to turn off all your screens for 24 or 48 hours?
Spending a weekend without a smartphone, computer, tablet, TV, console, or connected objects is still possible, but it often requires decision and preparation!
Alone or with others, (re)discover the benefits of a real digital break. You will receive your detox kit and participate in the creation of a collective fresco.
WHY A DIGITAL DETOX IN 2026?
In a world where the role of new technologies, social networks, and artificial intelligence is one of the major challenges of our time, this digital detox is an open proposal: to restore true value to time and distance ourselves from the dictates imposed by digital society.
Today, the inhabitants of the planet spend about 6 hours and 40 minutes a day in front of a screen, which is 100 full days per year.
In addition to making us techno-dependent, the all-digital society algorithmizes our lives, interacts with our behaviors, our emotions, our social relationships, and even modifies our ways of thinking.
The impacts on our mental and physical health as well as our environment are now proven.
But are we truly informed and aware of these major risks?
While we are all directly concerned, we often find ourselves alone and powerless in the face of this paradigm shift.
Participating in a digital detox is a simple and powerful act.
It is also a right, individual and collective, that questions how we wish to shape society and prepare our future, that of the planet and future generations.

CLIO VAN DE WALLE
Theater actress, writer, and director. I create shows by the water, organize free dance sessions in the forest, and lead reading marathons in parking lots or churches... Working between France and Greece, I create multilingual artistic and civic projects.
"As an artist, you cannot not be on Instagram," an actor friend once told me.
So I created an account, I lasted 48 hours, my body rejected this "new world" with all its might, I felt so bad that I decided to delete not only this new account but also my professional Facebook account that I had had for 8 years.
I surprised myself with the sensation of triggering my "digital death."
Not for a single second have I regretted this choice.
I am not trying to convince anyone to leave social media or stop using screens.
What I want is to question the notions of free will in a society that is increasingly encroaching on our freedoms.
Since 2026, I have been offering a method blending art and digital detox for associations, companies, and individuals.
Our take on this event
This digital detox program offers a practical way to step away from smartphones, laptops, and connected devices to reduce stress and reconnect with the present moment. Open to individuals aged 12 and over, the sessions run from Friday 20:00 to Sunday 20:00, allowing you to choose between a 24 or 48-hour challenge. To participate, you must register through the official platform no later than 20:00 on the Wednesday preceding your chosen weekend.
Before you start, you will receive a digital kit containing a practical guide, preparation tips, and a printable logbook to assist you throughout the experience. While this is not an individual coaching service, it provides a structured framework for evaluating your digital habits and finding the joy of missing out. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative creative project involving words and images.
Whether you decide to embark on this journey solo, with friends, or with family, the goal is to redefine your relationship with technology without needing to isolate yourself from daily life. Please note that this program does not serve as a substitute for any medical or therapeutic treatment.
