Conceived by Canadian artist and curator Allison Beda after a residency in France in 2023, the exhibition was born from tiny pedestals discovered in a Parisian café and a nod to Marcel Duchamp's Boîte-en-valise. Since then, this small traveling exhibition has been journeying in a suitcase.
