Admission is completely free, with no prior reservation required, and the service is provided anonymously. The capacity is limited to 30 people, with final entry permitted at 17:00.

The venue is open from Tuesday to Sunday, 14:30 to 18:00. Access is free, with no reservation required and no time limit. If the maximum capacity of 30 people is reached, a Small Lounge is available for waiting. Beyond the activities, visitors can receive support, interact with the staff, or contribute donations of clothing and diapers.

The experience offered by the Children's Philharmonic provides children aged 4 to 10 the opportunity to play, explore, listen, experience, and feel music in an original setting of independent discovery without a mediator.
One Saturday a month, the story hut comes alive for toddlers! A time for baby readers with stories, songs, nursery rhymes, finger games, and also books to look at and touch.
