The Fresco against Antisemitism: understanding to act

Understanding the deep roots of prejudice is the most effective way to challenge it in our modern world. This interactive workshop uses maps and collaborative dialogue to trace the history of antisemitism and its current manifestations. It is an insightful experience perfect for anyone looking to foster deeper awareness and stronger connections within our community.

About

As part of the 10th edition of the Parisian Week against Discrimination, ECUJE and The Fresco against Antisemitism invite you to a participatory workshop. How do centuries-old prejudices continue to circulate in new forms? The Fresco allows you to understand the antisemitism of today through its history and its mutations.

Cards to position, images to decipher, quizzes and discussions: participants trace the construction of antisemitic prejudices, follow their transformations, and learn to recognize their contemporary expressions.

Designed for middle and high school students with the support of a scientific committee, the Fresco is now adapted for teachers, youth leaders, and civil society actors.

At the end of the workshop, if you wish, you will be able to discover the different ways to contribute to the development of the Fresco.

Practical information: Tuesday, October 13, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM, at ECUJE, 119 rue La Fayette, 75010 Paris.

Audience: youth from 15 years old and adults.

Registration required, limited number of places.
