Our take on this event
The sports center's pools are at the heart of the event, offering activities between 10:00-13:30 and 14:30-18:00. You can participate in distance swimming challenges, join the giant aquagym session, or bring your family to the small pool for the aqua challenge. From 14:30 to 17:30, the Ruban Rose Relay offers a friendly team-based event suitable for both children and adults.
Upstairs, the 2nd-floor dojo features fitness sessions including Pilates, circuit training, and stretching, with capacity limited to 20 or 30 participants. On the 3rd floor, the martial arts room hosts initiations in Qi Gong, Tai-chi, and Aikido, organized in partnership with AJA Paris XX, AAAmandiers, and Aïkido Club Lafayette. Most sessions are open to the public, though some require booking due to limited space.
Beyond sports, the event serves as a hub for health education. Informational stands from the Maison Sport Santé, CPAM, and CIDFF will be available throughout the day to provide insights on cancer screening and prevention. Admission to all activities is free of charge.
