During this visit, you can explore the various areas of the facility, learn more about the support pathways offered, and discover the team's expertise through tests, quizzes, and demonstrations of physical activity sessions. It is an opportunity to better understand the role of the Sports-Health Center and the professions that help make physical activity accessible to everyone.

Two visit formats are offered, depending on your availability:

Friday, October 9, from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM: A discovery visit of the Sports-Health Center and its professions.
Saturday, October 10, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM: A visit enriched with tests, quizzes, and physical activity session demonstrations.
