Forget the usual gym routine and come discover sports that redefine what it means to be an athlete. In the heart of the 19th district, this gathering celebrates inclusive movement through energetic sessions and precision challenges designed for everyone to connect and play side by side.

Saturday, October 3, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the 19th Arrondissement City Hall is organizing a festive sports event focused on parasports and shared, inclusive sports practices to conclude the Fortnight of Accessibility and Inclusion.
This day aims to raise awareness about disability and bring together as many people as possible through fun and accessible sports workshops.
On the program:
- Introduction to Para-judo for motor and sensory disabilities for everyone, ages 14 and up, by Paris Sud Judo
- Introduction to Torball and Showdown by Bien-Hêtre
- Boccia, Pickleball, and adapted course workshops by Proximsport
- Fun and accessible sports workshops, Cardio Boxing and Zumba by Sensations Inclusives
With the participation of the 19th Arrondissement Sports District, Maison Sport Santé Curial, and AFG Autisme.
