Nave-Mãe brings together the musicians who accompanied Hermeto Pascoal on stage and in the studio for decades, and who now offer tribute concerts with a 100% Hermeto repertoire. It is the artistic core that lived his Música Universal on a daily basis: precise writing, collective improvisation, and fearless timbral exploration.
The program spans several eras (classics, rarities, and recent works) in arrangements by the Maestro. The set-list is shaped for each date to celebrate the composer, multi-instrumentalist, and "wizard" who has released over 35 albums, composed more than 10,000 pieces, and forged concepts like Música Universal and Som da Aura.
