Forget everything you think you know about care homes and step into a space that truly bridges the gap with the surrounding community. Beyond exploring the rewarding roles of those who care for our seniors, you are invited to pull up a chair at their social café for an authentic, warm exchange with the residents.

Professionals at the heart of support

If you are interested in careers in eldercare, then you are in the right place! Facilities dedicated to the elderly mobilize a diversity of professionals every day to support seniors, meet their needs, and contribute to their well-being. This immersion at EHPAD Hérold offers a chance to discover eldercare professions and the various forms of support implemented within the establishment. Meeting the EHPAD team will allow you to discuss their missions and better understand everyone's roles in supporting residents.

You will discover the Territorial Resource Center (CRT), a mechanism that promotes support for elderly people living at home and assistance for their loved ones.

The establishment will open its very first Solidarity Café to share a friendly moment with the residents of Maison Hérold.

If you want to go further, join us for the afterwork session on October 8th, from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM: we will tell you all about the Solidarity Café, as a third-place project open to the neighborhood that encourages meetings between residents, professionals, families, and locals.

A privileged opportunity to discover an establishment focused on its environment and to better understand the challenges of aging, support, and maintaining social ties.
