The 18th arrondissement’s Local Mental Health Council holds its plenary assembly on Monday, October 12, 2026, from 14:00 to 17:00 at the district town hall. This meeting provides a platform for residents and professionals to discuss mental health challenges and support systems within the local area. Participants will review past initiatives and explore future needs through collective reflection. Attendees will also have the chance to connect with various local associations. While the event is entirely free to attend, registration is required to participate in this afternoon of collaborative discussion and local networking.

This meeting will be an opportunity to share perspectives and experiences, review the actions carried out by the CLSM, and identify the territory's needs regarding mental health and support for the people concerned.

Throughout the event, stands from associations and partner organizations will allow you to discover their actions and the resources available in the district: CAIREP, Migration Santé, Culture 2+, Dessine-Moi un Mouton, Limbo, Le Chêne et l’Hibiscus, GHU, and other local stakeholders.
