Le Générateur hosts the 18th edition of the [ frasq ] performance festival, a vibrant exploration of contemporary body and visual arts in Gentilly. From October 3 to October 24, 2026, the venue presents a diverse program featuring ritual performances, sound art, open stages, and discussions. This event is designed for anyone eager to discover experimental intersections between disciplines and artists. Whether you prefer intimate roundtable talks or high-energy performance nights, there is a space for you. Please note that while most evening performances have variable ticket prices, the Salons de [ frasq ] on October 11 offer free admission for all attendees.
The Générateur's flagship event since 2006, the [ frasq ] festival is a privileged moment for discoveries, encounters, and reflections on the art of performance. Through open stages, collective performances, carte blanche events, and round tables, [ frasq ] unfolds a plurality of forms, writings, and actions every year. Between ritual gestures, bodily experiments, sound arts, and visual arts, [ frasq ] is a place for singular experiences and new complicities between disciplines, audiences, and territories.

Our take on this event
The [ frasq ] festival brings three weeks of artistic innovation to Le Générateur, starting on October 3 at 19:00 with a collaborative evening alongside the Jerk Off Festival. On October 5 and 6 at 20:00, the festival hosts the open stage sessions, Pile ou [ frasq ] #1. The schedule continues with specialized nights exploring sound and visual arts, such as the PARTA G sessions on October 9 and 16, as well as international artistic collaborations on October 14 and 21, all beginning at 20:00.
Beyond traditional performances, the festival encourages critical reflection. Visitors can attend the Salons de [ frasq ], a series of conferences and roundtables held on October 11 from 16:00 to 19:00. The festival concludes on October 24 at 20:00 with Show your [ frasq ], an extravagant collective performance show.
Ticket prices fluctuate based on the date, ranging between 5€ and 10€, while the closing night operates on a pay-what-you-wish basis. Admission to the afternoon salons is free. Located at 16 rue Charles Frérot, Gentilly, the venue welcomes a wide array of performers throughout this three-week celebration of artistic expression.
