About

The Des Racines et des Ailes association organizes online support circles for women, providing a confidential and secure environment for sharing and listening. These weekly sessions allow participants to break isolation, discuss personal experiences, or simply listen to others in a supportive atmosphere. Led by qualified professionals, such as psychologists or coaches, the meetings take place every Tuesday from 18:30 to 19:30, between October 6, 2026, and February 23, 2027. Participation is completely free and anonymous; cameras are never mandatory. To ensure a safe and high-quality group dynamic, prior registration is required to receive connection details.

The association Des Racines et des Ailes is organizing an online support group for women. These spaces aim to offer a time for listening, support, and exchange, accessible remotely, in a strictly confidential and secure setting.

These groups allow participants to express themselves freely, share their experiences if they wish, break isolation, and benefit from collective support. Speaking is not mandatory. It is perfectly possible to participate solely as a listener.

The groups are led by qualified professionals, including coaches and psychologists, trained in supporting women who are victims of domestic violence. Facilitation ensures a structured framework, respectful of each person's pace and voice, in a non-judgmental approach.

Exchanges take place exclusively online, in a format that allows for anonymity. Participants can use a pseudonym. Turning on the camera is never mandatory, in order to preserve the safety, privacy, and comfort of each individual.

These support groups are part of a prevention, support, and reconstruction process. They do not replace medical, psychological, social, or legal support, but can serve as an initial space for expression and guidance.

The groups are organized on a recurring basis. The dates, specific times, and connection details are provided only to registered participants. The number of participants is intentionally limited to ensure the quality of exchanges and a secure environment.

Prior registration is mandatory: by phone at 09.72.22.34.70

Our take on this event

These support circles serve as a safe space for women aged 18 and over. Organized by the Des Racines et des Ailes association, the sessions provide a non-judgmental environment focused on support and recovery. The groups are facilitated by qualified professionals, including coaches and psychologists trained in assisting women affected by domestic violence, ensuring that every participant's rhythm and voice are respected.

The sessions are held entirely online to prioritize anonymity and comfort. Participants are invited to use pseudonyms, and there is no obligation to turn on cameras during the meetings. Speaking is entirely voluntary; those who prefer to listen without sharing their own story are welcome to do so. It is important to note that these groups act as a starting point for dialogue and orientation, and do not replace professional medical or legal counseling.

Meetings are scheduled every Tuesday, from 18:30 to 19:30, starting October 6, 2026, until February 23, 2027. Because group sizes are intentionally kept small to maintain a high level of intimacy and safety, advance registration is mandatory.
