About
The association Des Racines et des Ailes hosts online support groups for women over 18 who have experienced domestic violence. These sessions provide a confidential and secure environment to break isolation, share personal stories, or simply listen to others in a non-judgmental setting. Facilitated by qualified professionals, including psychologists and coaches, the groups ensure a respectful space for reconstruction. Participation is completely free, anonymous, and does not require the use of a camera. Running from February 3, 2026, to January 8, 2027, these recurring meetings require prior registration to receive connection details and ensure a safe, limited-size environment for all participants.
The association Des Racines et des Ailes organizes online support groups for women who are victims of domestic violence. These spaces are intended to offer a time for listening, support, and exchange, accessible remotely, in a strictly confidential and secure setting.
These groups allow participants to express themselves freely, share their experiences if they wish, break their isolation, and benefit from collective support. Speaking is not mandatory; it is entirely possible to participate only as a listener.
The groups are led by qualified professionals, including coaches and psychologists, trained in supporting women who are victims of domestic violence. The facilitation guarantees a structured framework, respectful of each person's pace and voice, in a non-judgmental approach.
The sessions take place exclusively online, in a format that allows for anonymity. Participants can use a pseudonym. Turning on the camera is never mandatory, in order to preserve the safety, privacy, and comfort of everyone.
These support groups are part of a prevention, support, and reconstruction process. They do not replace medical, psychological, social, or legal support, but can serve as a first space for discussion and guidance.
The groups are organized on a recurring basis. Dates, precise times, and connection details are communicated only to registered participants. The number of participants is intentionally limited to ensure the quality of exchanges and a secure environment.

Our take on this event
Between February 3, 2026, and January 8, 2027, the association Des Racines et des Ailes offers online support groups specifically for women aged 18 and over who are survivors of domestic violence. These sessions are led by qualified professionals, such as coaches and psychologists, who specialize in supporting women through trauma recovery in a structured and empathetic manner.
The sessions are held entirely online to prioritize anonymity and comfort. Participants are invited to use pseudonyms, and keeping one's camera off is always an option. Speaking is not mandatory; those who prefer to listen are welcome. While these groups offer an essential space for sharing and guidance, they are intended as a complementary support system and do not replace professional medical, legal, or psychological care.
Due to the sensitive nature of the discussions and the goal of maintaining a high-quality, secure space, the number of participants is intentionally restricted. Registration is mandatory for all attendees; once registered, participants will receive the specific dates, times, and login credentials necessary to access the groups. Attendance is free of charge.
