Reggaeton is an urban dance that developed in Latin America, particularly in Puerto Rico. This rhythm, with its Latin, hip-hop, and reggae influences, allows for great creativity in movement.
Dynamic and energetic, Reggaeton is danced solo and is a great way to let loose to pop music. It includes warm-ups, technical learning of the style, learning a choreography over the course of the week, and the choreography will be filmed on the last day of the workshop.
Participating in a reggaeton class is a fun and pleasant way to tone up, slim down, and strengthen your body and heart! Sweating guaranteed!
