Le Piano Vache, a legendary venue in the 5th arrondissement near the Panthéon, hosts weekly gypsy jazz evenings. From October 12 to December 14, 2026, musicians gathered by Raoul bring the spirit of jazz manouche to this historic Latin Quarter bar. These performances are free of charge and open to attendees aged 18 and over. To ensure you have a seat during these late-night sessions, which run from 21:00 to 01:00, booking a table in advance is recommended. It is a unique chance to experience live music in a spot famous for its cinematic history.

Every Monday starting at 9 p.m., gypsy jazz musicians brought together by Raoul perform at Le Piano Vache, with free entry. In October: the Steven Reinhardt trio and guest David "Bouclette" Gastine on the 12th, the Sébastien Giniaux and Joris Viquesnel trio on the 19th, and the Simba Baumgartner trio on the 26th.

Le Piano Vache, a legendary Latin Quarter bar since 1969, located at the foot of the Pantheon, was the setting for the cult film Le Péril jeune. Élisabeth and Adrien took over the establishment in July 2026.
