About

Nap time!

Resting in the garden or in one of the museum's rooms, participants rediscover their senses through the exploration of gentle movements in harmony with their body and the space. For a micro-nap, they let themselves be carried away by listening to a poem. The encounter with a museum work selected for the session invites observation and daydreaming.
