Our take on this event

Throughout the weekend, the festival highlights the breadth of the environmental movement with a pop-up bookstore managed by L’Attrape-Cœurs. Doors open from 11:00 to 22:30 on Saturday and from 13:00 to 18:30 on Sunday. Attendees can take part in various panel discussions, including sessions on the publishing industry and political ecology. A highlight of the program is the presentation of the 2026 Political Ecology Book Prize on Saturday at 18:00.

Younger visitors are well-catered for with a dedicated program featuring board games, quizzes, and art exhibitions. Specific workshops, such as the Climate Tree fresco or Landart sessions, are available for different age groups, with some requiring prior registration. Storytelling sessions and puppet-making workshops also add to the festive atmosphere across the two days.

Interactive formats like collective reading sessions and conferences are also on the schedule, with some requiring registration to participate. The festival concludes on Sunday at 18:00 with a closing speech by event patron Myriam Bahaffou. The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users, ensuring a smooth and inclusive experience for all guests browsing the exhibitor stalls or attending lectures.
