About

Mobilizing solidarity efforts in Paris

Every year, thousands of Parisians volunteer their time with associations and solidarity organizations. Behind this citizen mobilization are professionals working daily to inform, guide, welcome, and support those who wish to act for others.

On the occasion of the Engagement Forum organized at Quartier Jeunes, this meeting invites you to discover the missions of la Fabrique de la Solidarité, a City of Paris initiative dedicated to promoting and developing solidarity commitment. It will allow young people aged 16 to 30 to explore different forms of engagement and, in particular, opportunities to act in the field of solidarity with the support of the Fabrique. Participants will better understand how actions are designed and deployed to connect citizens eager to engage with organizations that need volunteers.

Through exchanges with the Fabrique team, this immersion will highlight the professions of citizen mobilization, volunteer support, network facilitation, and partnership development. You will also discover the issues related to solidarity commitment, citizen participation, and the strengthening of solidarity ties within the Parisian territory.

A special opportunity to meet committed professionals and better understand how the City of Paris supports those who wish to act concretely in the service of the general interest.
