Two project managers (in urban planning and architecture) will show you their collaborative work to develop and renovate an urban slab site. This walk provides insight into the project manager profession, the cross-functional dimension of the operation, as well as how two project managers from different departments (the Department of Urban Planning and the Department of Public Works and Architecture) coordinate and work together on a common development and renovation project, specifically aimed at addressing the challenges related to urban slab design. Tour of the conservatory and its surroundings.
