A cross-disciplinary arts festival in the style of a cultural marathon, held between the tracks of the former Petite Ceinture, the old Montrouge station (Le Poinçon), and the Maison Le Kinff.
From Saturday, October 10 (11 AM to 1 AM) to Sunday, October 11 (11 AM to 9 PM), come step aside and live to the rhythms of intersecting arts that give rise to varied, lively, and beneficial exchanges!
For this first edition, Renversements (Paris 14) has invited several cultural actors from the 14th arrondissement for an uninterrupted sequence of concerts, musical graffiti, musical and choreographic shows, round tables, artistic strolls, ephemeral libraries, presentations of work in progress, and open stages for conservatory students and local residents to reflect together on travel, forced or otherwise.
Several parts will follow one another, punctuated by festive exchange moments: "Jazz!", or transatlantic relations through the lens of American musicians' and authors' travels in Europe; "Partitions?", around the issue of deprivation of freedom, forced travel related to wars and totalitarian regimes, and the relationship to truth when transmitting testimonies; "Territories..." and "Roots?", around migrations between Europe and Africa (human but not only), but also exchanges across the world, the feeling of belonging to a territory that is not one's own at the start, making an ephemeral territory one's own; and "Travel!", an ode to road-trips and emancipation through travel.

The 48h de la Petite Ceinture festival takes place from 10 to 11 October 2026 at Maison Le Kinff. This multidisciplinary cultural marathon explores the theme of travel through concerts, dance performances, live graffiti, and panel discussions. Organized by Renversements, the event fosters community exchange within the 14th arrondissement. Designed to be highly inclusive, the venue provides specific access for wheelchair users, as well as visitors with hearing, visual, or cognitive impairments. Admission is free, subject to availability, making this a welcoming space for everyone to engage with art and diverse perspectives on movement and belonging.
Taking place at Maison Le Kinff, 173 bd Brune, the 48h de la Petite Ceinture festival transforms the 14th arrondissement into a vibrant cultural hub. The schedule runs from 11:00 on Saturday, 10 October, until 01:00, and continues on Sunday, 11 October, from 11:00 to 21:00. Attendees can expect a non-stop sequence of artistic activities, including musical performances, open stages for students and residents, and collaborative graffiti sessions.
The event explores complex themes through four distinct sections: Jazz!, Cloisons?, Territoires… et Racines?, and Voyage!. These segments invite reflection on transatlantic cultural ties, the impact of migration, experiences of restricted freedom, and the liberating potential of road trips. This first edition is produced by Renversements in partnership with local institutions like the Darius Milhaud Conservatory and the Paris Chamber Orchestra.
Inclusivity is a priority for the organizers. The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users and provides dedicated support for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing—including sign language services—as well as those who are blind, partially sighted, or living with cognitive disabilities. Entry is free, strictly within the limits of available capacity.
