This inclusive event invites participants to complete a 3 km walk or a 6 km run, individually or in pairs, to support mobility for seniors. Inspired by the social mission of Paris en Compagnie, the day focuses on fostering intergenerational connections. Participation is entirely free, and the event is fully accessible, welcoming individuals with motor, visual, hearing, or cognitive disabilities to enjoy this festive atmosphere in the heart of Paris.

The event takes place on October 11, 2026, from 13:00 to 17:00 at Parc Montsouris, located at 2, rue Gazan, 75014 Paris. You can choose between a 6 km run or a 3 km walk. This initiative mirrors the pairings created by Paris en Compagnie, a service dedicated to helping seniors regain mobility. If you sign up alone, the organizers will pair you with another participant on the day of the event.
