Are you a volunteer involved in social solidarity missions looking to better navigate the Parisian social services landscape? Join us at the Mairie du 8e arrondissement on Thursday, November 19, 2026, from 18:30 to 20:30, for a dedicated training session. Led by agents from the City of Paris Department of Solidarity, this free workshop clarifies your role and provides essential information on local social resources. The venue is fully accessible to wheelchair users as well as individuals who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, or visually impaired. This training, created and led by agents from the Paris City Social Services Department, offers you:
- to guide and equip you for your missions in the field;
- to share essential information about social action measures in Paris that you can pass on to the people you assist;
- to clarify your role as a volunteer in this first-contact guidance mission, alongside professionals.

This training is suitable for volunteers already involved in solidarity missions. If you are not yet a volunteer and would like to get started, we recommend that you first register for a session of the "Basics of the fight against exclusion" (training calendar).
