The Déclics numériques sessions at the Médiathèque Marguerite Yourcenar offer personalized technical support for all your digital challenges. Whether you need help with a smartphone, tablet, or computer, librarians are available to provide one-on-one assistance for up to 30 minutes. This free service is open to everyone aged 12 and over every Thursday afternoon. The venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users and those with visual or cognitive impairments, ensuring that everyone can receive guidance on internet use or device troubleshooting in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Having a computer problem, or trouble with your tablet or smartphone? Questions about using the Internet? Librarians offer personalized help for up to 30 minutes to try and find a solution, within the limits of their expertise.

Our take on this event

Held at the Médiathèque Marguerite Yourcenar in the 15th arrondissement, the Déclics numériques program runs weekly on Thursdays from October 8, 2026, to July 1, 2027. Sessions take place in the multimedia room on the first floor between 14:00 and 16:00.

Participants can receive up to 30 minutes of individual support to resolve technical issues or answer specific questions about digital tools. Attendance is based on a walk-in basis, subject to availability. Please note that for specific assistance regarding e-readers or the digital library services, you must arrange a separate appointment directly with the staff.

The service is open to individuals aged 12 and up. The facility is equipped to accommodate visitors with diverse needs, including wheelchair access and adaptations for guests with visual or cognitive disabilities, ensuring a supportive experience for all users.
