The Raspail PMI center hosts workshops focused on environmental health for expectant parents and those who have recently welcomed a baby. Led by specialists, these sessions offer practical advice on creating a healthy living environment during pregnancy and the child's early months, covering topics such as personal care products, textiles, and nutrition. This event is completely free of charge and takes place in the 6th arrondissement of Paris. Advance registration is required to attend these sessions, which are fully accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities, as the facility is wheelchair accessible and equipped for sensory or cognitive needs.
Are you expecting a child or have you just welcomed one? The City of Paris invites you to participate for free in "My first environmental health workshop," a new workshop to help you create a healthy environment during pregnancy and from the first months of your child's life. The first 1000 days of your child's life, from pregnancy to age two, are very important for their health. These workshops aim to help you better understand the impact of the environment on your baby's health: hygiene products, textiles, food, toys, household products… — and give you the keys to take simple actions, without disrupting your daily life or your budget. Facilitated by specialists in environmental health and early childhood, these group workshops are free and open to all expectant parents or parents of newborns. At the end of the workshop, you will leave with an environmental health kit: healthy products, practical fact sheets, simple recipes… Everything you need to start with peace of mind!

Specialists in early childhood and environmental health provide guidance on managing daily influences such as hygiene products, toys, and household cleaners, offering simple strategies that respect both your routine and your budget.
Upcoming sessions are scheduled for Saturday, November 14, 2026, and Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:00. While attendance is free, you must register in advance to secure your spot. Every participant will receive an environmental health kit at the end of the session, filled with healthy samples and practical resource guides to support your transition into parenthood.
The Raspail PMI center is committed to full accessibility. The premises are wheelchair accessible and specifically adapted for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals, including those requiring sign language.
