Discovery tour "Architecture in miniature"
Discover the architecture and urban planning of the 17th to 19th centuries through the cities and fortified sites meticulously represented on these astonishing scale models known as plans-reliefs.
Saturday, October 17 and Sunday, October 18, 2025 at 2:30 PM, 3:30 PM, 4:30 PM
No reservation required.
Meeting point: On the day, directly at the museum reception, on the 4th floor of the East wing of the Hôtel des Invalides.
Free upon presentation of an entrance ticket, to be purchased online at the Musée de l'Armée ticketing site (> Museum and Dome > Museum access ticket) or on-site the same day at the East wing ticket office.

Do you have a lynx's eye? Come and observe the cities on the models! After a presentation of the museum, children will have to search for the military, civil, and religious buildings that are hidden (or not!) on the plans-reliefs, all accompanied by a game booklet.
