In a few minutes, visitors rise to a height of 150 meters to enjoy a 360° panorama, with visibility reaching up to 50 km on a clear day. The Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse, Les Invalides... everything is revealed from a rare perspective.
But the experience is not limited to the view. The Ballon Generali is also a true flying laboratory, equipped with instruments that measure air quality and certain climate-related indicators.

Beyond offering a unique experience to admire the capital from 150 meters high, as a scientific flying laboratory, it aims to raise awareness about global warming and develop prevention culture among visitors to help reduce their exposure to risks.
Regarding air quality, its LOAC (Light Optical Aerosol Counter), a cutting-edge instrument installed on the gondola, also continues to measure the amount of fine particles in the air 24 hours a day up to 300 meters altitude. It also continuously measures ozone thanks to an instrument from LISA (CNRS) and pollen in collaboration with LIFY AIR. These measurements contribute to research on the health impacts of air quality and a better understanding of atmospheric pollutants.
Regarding global warming, it will allow researchers to deepen their knowledge of greenhouse gases in the city by measuring CO2 and CH4 levels in the atmosphere, from the ground up to 300 meters.

Good news for extended families and groups of friends: the Ballon Generali now offers a reduced rate for seniors (65+) and students:
€16 instead of €20 (-20%)
Valid all year round, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., upon presentation of proof.

Based in the Parc André Citroën, the Ballon de Paris Generali invites you to soar above the city between October 2, 2026, and December 31, 2026. The attraction operates every day from 09:00 to 20:00. Please note that the last flight departs at 19:45, and the site is fully wheelchair accessible.

Standard tickets are priced at 20 € for visitors aged 12 and over, and 15 € for children aged 3 to 11. Children under 3 fly for free. Special rates apply for visitors with reduced mobility, costing 16 € for ages 12 and up, and 12 € for ages 3 to 11, with additional discounts available for groups. Because the balloon's operation depends on weather conditions, the service may be interrupted without notice; it is recommended to verify availability before arriving.
