About
Rire en Scène turns the Mairie du 11e arrondissement into a stage for the next generation of stand-up comedians. This project, supported by the Cours Florent and the École du One Man Show, invites six emerging artists to each session to share their unique humor styles. You play a crucial role: the audience votes to decide who advances to the grand finale in December. Attendance is free, though booking in advance is recommended to ensure entry. The venue is fully accessible, welcoming wheelchair users and those with visual or hearing impairments.

What if you discovered the next gems of comedy before anyone else?
Supported by the association Un Nouveau Regar't, Laugh on Stage is a stand-up springboard that honors emerging comedians and offers them the opportunity to perform in front of an audience, share their universe, and showcase their talent.
At each performance, six comedians take the stage to each present ten minutes of their world. Absurd humor, self-deprecation, everyday anecdotes, dark humor… Styles intersect and personalities reveal themselves to offer an evening rich in discoveries and laughter!
And the jury is you!
What makes Laugh on Stage unique? It's the audience that decides!
At the end of each evening, spectators are invited to vote for their favorite comedian. The artist who receives the most votes earns their place in the grand finale in December, where talents selected throughout the season meet for a final artistic showdown.
For this finale, a jury composed of performing arts professionals will judge the finalists and designate the grand winner of this first edition.
A springboard for emerging talents
Beyond just a comedy show, Laugh on Stage is an associative project that wishes to foster artistic emergence, encourage meetings between artists and spectators, and make culture accessible to as many people as possible.
Organized with the support of the Town Hall of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, and in partnership with the Cours Florent and the École du One Man Show, this event gives a voice to a new generation of comedians with varied backgrounds and universes.

Our take on this event
Organized by the association Un Nouveau Regar't, Rire en Scène offers a platform for rising stand-up talent. Performances take place at the Mairie du 11e arrondissement on specific dates: October 23, October 29, and November 20, from 18:30 to 21:00, with the grand finale scheduled for December 18 from 18:30 to 22:00.
Each session features six comedians presenting ten-minute sets ranging from observational comedy to the absurd. Attendees act as the jury, voting for their favorite performer of the night. The winners of each session progress to the December finale, where a panel of industry professionals will select the final champion of this first edition.
This event is designed to be accessible to all, providing facilities for wheelchair users as well as support for deaf, hard-of-hearing, blind, and partially sighted individuals. While admission is free, it is advised to reserve your spot ahead of time to avoid potential overcrowding.
