On the occasion of the inauguration of the new auditorium at the Erik Satie Conservatory, and in line with the cultural season's theme, the students invite you to discover a musical and theatrical cabaret featuring Erik Satie and his friends.
A free, whimsical, and unclassifiable figure of early 20th-century artistic creation, Erik Satie mingled with many artists and participated in the effervescence of the Parisian avant-gardes. Music, poetry, theater, and humor meet in this program imagined and performed by the conservatory's students.

A selection of songs from the 1910s to the 1940s, performed by students from the Contemporary Music department.
🎷 Jazz
A dive into the sounds and spirit of jazz, which permeated the artistic Paris of the era.
🎭 Theater & poetry
Excerpts from texts and plays by Jean Cocteau and his friends, blending poetry, theater, humor, and fantasy.
An afternoon dedicated to freedom, invention, and insolence, in the spirit of Erik Satie and the artists who surrounded him.
