The 27th Paris Amateur Theatre Festival takes place at Salle Jean Dame from November 16 to 22, 2026. For its 27th edition, the Paris Amateur Theatre Festival returns to the Salle Jean Dame, in the heart of the capital, returning to its weekly format.

From November 16 to 22, 2026, seven shows will take turns each evening to provide a contemporary vision of our society through the creations of seven amateur theatre companies from Paris or the Île-de-France region.

Amateur theatre is the audacity to get on stage despite doubts, it is the energy of rehearsing for months, it is the magic of bringing to life stories that, without an audience, would remain in the shadows.

Returning for its 27th edition, the Paris Amateur Theatre Festival invites audiences to the Salle Jean Dame for seven days of performances. From Monday, November 16, to Sunday, November 22, 2026, seven amateur companies will take the stage, sharing their unique visions through new theatrical works. This event celebrates the months of hard work and artistic passion that go into amateur stage productions.

Performances are scheduled from 19:30 to 22:30 on weekdays and Saturdays, with an afternoon session on Sunday from 16:00 to 18:00. Tickets for individual shows range from 8 to 15 euros, and a full-access pass is available for 50 euros. Please note that admission is free on Thursday.

The venue is designed to be inclusive, offering full access for wheelchair users and facilities adapted for those with cognitive disabilities. Located in the 2nd arrondissement, the festival aims to bring the local community together through the power of live performance.
