On Saturday, October 10, 2026, Parc Montsouris hosts an evening dedicated to the night sky as part of the nationwide Jour de la Nuit event. From 20:00 to 23:59, the French Astronomical Association invites you to explore the cosmos using both the naked eye and specialized instruments. Accompanied by experts, you will examine the wonders of the stars while discussing the ecological impacts of light pollution on biodiversity. This open-air event is entirely free of charge and does not require any prior registration, making it an accessible opportunity to discover the celestial beauty above Paris.
The French Astronomical Association is a partner of the Day of the Night, a national event organized by Agir pour l'environnement.
