Children's Streets Festival: the program in the 10th arrondissement
Some streets are shedding their usual concrete skin to transform into lush, car-free havens right by our local schools. These reclaimed spaces offer a refreshing glimpse of a quieter, greener city where neighbors and kids can reclaim the asphalt for some quality downtime. It is the perfect spot to slow down and rediscover the neighborhood away from the city's frantic pace.
Paris 10th
About
Since 2020, more than 200 streets have been pedestrianized and greened around schools. Everything is more peaceful for children and their parents: less pollution, less noise, but above all more space and nature to play in!
To enjoy it even more, Saturday, October 10 has been chosen as the Children's Streets Festival! The goal: to let children's laughter ring out in nearly forty streets all over Paris! In the 10th, it is particularly around the Louis Blanc and Aqueduc schools that the streets have changed their appearance. In total, our district now has 15 children's streets.
Join us on Saturday, October 10, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., on Rue Louis Blanc and Rue de l'Aqueduc.
Program to come.
