About

Funambule Montmartre hosts Trop petite, a musical epic following the journey of Poucelina, a girl no bigger than a thumb. Designed for children aged 5 and up, this performance blends catchy musical numbers with humor as the tiny protagonist navigates a vibrant and sometimes peculiar world. Accompanied by two singer-actresses and a pianist, the story explores themes of self-discovery through high-energy interactions with quirky characters like frogs and suspicious mice. Conveniently, the venue is wheelchair accessible, ensuring all families can enjoy this imaginative production. Experience this lively stage adventure set in the heart of the 18th arrondissement.

Born from a flower and only a thumb-sized, Thumbelina is thrust into a world as strange as it is flamboyant. An invasive frog, a pretentious insect, a slightly shady mouse… Encounters happen at lightning speed!

Between musical numbers, humor, and gentle madness, our tiny heroine sets off to discover herself and the vast world.

A funny, sensitive, and high-energy show… Where we laugh, sing, and grow.

What the press says…

We laugh heartily, we tremble, and we delight in this duo of actress-singers (with a pianist!) with overflowing energy and charisma, and an assumed gentle madness. Bravo.TT Télérama
