About
Come and discover the world of early childhood and the professionals who work daily with toddlers and their families!
The School of Early Childhood Professions for City of Paris agents is opening its doors to you! Located at 158 rue Legendre in the 17th arrondissement and reproducing the organization of a nursery, this training center provides training as close as possible to real conditions with children.
During your visit, you will be able to immerse yourself in early childhood professions:
- The profession of childcare assistant. It consists of taking care of children by meeting their basic needs, participating in their development through the design and implementation of educational projects, and building a bond of trust with families.
- The profession of kitchen and maintenance agent in a nursery. It consists of ensuring the preparation of meals for toddlers, maintaining laundry, and keeping the premises clean, while participating in the life of the nursery.
This meeting will also allow you to discover all the dimensions of the City of Paris's early childhood reception quality policy, and how it is translated into training for all professionals working in establishments.
On October 8, 2026, two visit slots are available:
- from 12:15 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.
We look forward to seeing many of you, and please feel free to share these open days with others!
